13. No-Show

14. Hotel-Initiated Cancellation

Where the hotel cancels a confirmed prepaid reservation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative or refund in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.

15. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward hotel staff, other guests, hotel property, and the surrounding premises.
